Vinification of the Alvarinho Soalheiro Reserva 2021 Wine: The grapes, exclusively from the Alvarinho variety, are harvested manually in small capacity boxes and transported to the winery in a short space of time. After pressing, the must obtained settles for 48 hours, followed by fermentation and aging in French Oak Casks (new and used barrels), remaining on the fine lees with periodic batonnage until the end of June.
