Refund policy

1. Returns

1.1 Wine & Stuff Lda recognizes to all its customers the right to terminate the contracts they enter into with it, allowing them to return, within a period of 14 (fourteen) days, the products purchased under the terms of Decree-Law n.º 143/2001 and Decree-Law 82/2008 of 20/05.

1.2 To request an exchange or return, the customer is requested to contact Wine & Stuff Lda via email indicating the order number or the document number that accompanied the order, taking into account the conditions described below in the following topics:

a) In order to return the order, the product must be in perfect condition and, where applicable, with its original packaging, accessories or offers promotional items included, and accompanied by proof of purchase or invoice.
b) The return of defective products and wrong shipments will be accepted, being responsible the Wine & Stuff Lda for shipping and collection costs whenever the customer communicates this circumstance within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product.
c) Once the goods have been received at our facilities and after validating their status accordingly, the value will be returned in accordance with the payment method made by the customer, or another solution previously agreed with the same.

1.3 Wine & Stuff Lda assumes the responsibility arising from defects in origin or raw material of the product purchased and if this is confirmed by the specialized team of Wine & Stuff will exchange or return the product at no cost to the customer.

1.4 Wine & Stuff Lda will not accept the return of the product after it has been used, or if it has been altered or modified.

1.5 A Wine & Stuff Lda is not responsible for deficiencies resulting from incorrect use, negligence, poor storage conditions or causes of force majeure.

2. Refunds

2.1 The customer may return any product purchased in our online store (, provided it is in perfect condition and complete. To do so, you should contact us via email or by phone: 914 900 422

2.2 Wine & Stuff Lda in the event of an order processing error.

2.3 The refund will be made up to 14 days after we receive the item(s) in our warehouse and check its conditions.

2.4 Refunds will be issued in the same original form of payment. Alternatively, the customer may indicate that he/she wants the refund through another means.
