A unique terroir in the world, in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, at the base of the volcanic mountain of Pico, the vineyards are planted in cracks in the rock, next to the sea, where you can hear the “crab singing”, as it is here that there is more sun and hot. A proximity of, sometimes, just a few meters that requires the vineyard to be protected, by walls (corrals), from the strong and saline winds of the Atlantic.
Clean citrine yellow color. Pure mineral aroma, citrus with notes of grapefruit. Tense, fresh attack with very present minerality and acidity, good persistence and saline notes.
Contains sulfites.
