Aveleda Fonte Rosé is a rosé green wine typical of the region. Harvesting takes place at night to guarantee the freshness of the grapes and the consequent preservation of their aromatic properties. This rosé is made using the direct pressing method, that is, in the winemaking center the red grapes are subjected to gentle pressing, without contact with skins. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures to maintain the most typical aromas of the grape varieties. During fermentation the lees are kept in suspension to preserve the freshness of the wine.
