Vinification of Vinho Verde Aveleda Loureiro White 2021: Produced from the most expressive grape variety in the Vinho Verde Region, this varietal stands out for its evident structure and density, the result of a unique viticulture model that allows a greater concentration of aromas and sugars in the grapes. Upon arriving at the winemaking center, the grapes are subjected to gentle pressing at low pressure. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out at controlled temperatures, followed by aging in a stainless steel tank, during which the lees remain in suspension, allowing the maximum aromas of the variety to be extracted.
