CULTIVATION AND WINEMAKING AREA
Grapes from several quality vineyards in the São Vicente and Jardim da Serra area were used. Grapes pressed in a pneumatic press. Interruption of fermentation by adding wine alcohol (96%).
ALLOTMENT
Tinta Negra and Sercial aged in Canteiro for 5 years in French oak casks. For this batch we selected wines from our warehouses, whose stable temperatures throughout the year resulted in this wine with balanced sugar and acidity levels.

WINE SERVICE AND STORAGE
This wine was aged in barrels and bottled in its purest state. To fully enjoy it, we recommend serving it at a temperature between 11oC and 12oC. It should be kept in a dry and ventilated place. The wine has been filtered, does not require decantation and remains in good condition for several months after opening.
TASTING NOTES AND HARMONIES
Amber color.
Aromas of fruit in syrup, some smoke and honey. Soft, velvety texture with an intense freshness in the aftertaste.
Excellent as an aperitif, savory snacks, olives, tapas and cheeses.
