Vinification of Beyra Sauvignon Blanc 2022 Wine: Grapes harvested by hand, reception with total stemming and immediate crushing. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a temperature between 16-17ºC for a period of around 20 days. Aging with stirring of lees – ‘batonnage’ for 15 days, followed by aging in bottle for 5 months.
