Vinification of Quinta de Cabriz Brut Sparkling Wine: Crushing with total stemming, gentle pneumatic pressing, natural static clarification and alcoholic fermentation at 16°C. Sparkling using the classic method. Aging for a minimum of 12 months in the cellar and 2 months in the bottle after disgorgement.
