Vinification of Casal Garcia Sparkling Vinho Verde Medium Dry Sparkling Wine: in the production of the base wine, the grapes, from the Vinho Verde region, were carefully selected and vinified to obtain a fresh, elegant and fruity sparkling wine. During the sparkling process, alcoholic fermentation, slow and at low temperature, maintains the characteristics of the base wine, giving it a delicate aroma and a very fine and persistent bubble. Finally, the wine is bottled after stabilization.
