It uses old vines from the Catena Zapata, Nicasia and Angélica Family. The origins of the vineyards, which are called “As Estacas da Catena”, are a selection of pre-phylloxera vines from Vinha Angélica.
Harvest time varies according to the soil composition of each lot. Harvest time can vary several weeks from one batch to another within the same vineyard.
