From Latin clandestinus. the hidden ones; done in secret; without anyone knowing; hidden; that is contrary to laws or morals. Planted in the open air and in the heart of Dão, the grapes that make up this Clandestino have distant origins. Made in a complicit manner, by all those who harvested and worked on them, this wine reveals itself to be fresh, greedy, enigmatic and even – say evil people – immoral.
