Taken from the old family reserve exclusively harvested, distilled and aged in barrels, stored by Pierre Frapin and his descendants. For this fourth edition of the multi-vintage blend, Olivier Paultes chose the year 1982 for its Rancio style with oxidative notes of dried fruits and nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts), spices, wood and wax; the year 1983 with its fruity character which, despite its age, is pulpy and fleshy; and, finally, the 1985, which creates elegance and finesse, harmonizing and accentuating the 1982 and 1983 vintages.
