Sparkling Lancers Brut Rosé is made using the Champenoise method, also known as the “traditional” or “classic” method, which consists of carrying out a second fermentation of a base wine inside the bottle itself. Vinification is done in an open spout and fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. This method is more artisanal and sophisticated, giving rise to quality sparkling wines that have fine and persistent bubbles, as well as a capacity for aroma evolution and greater gustatory complexity.
