Vinification of Quinta D'Aguieira Brut Sparkling Wine: the grapes that were used to create the base wine for this sparkling wine come from Quinta da Aguieira in the Bairrada region. They were carefully selected and vinified to obtain a fresh, elegant and fruity wine. The wine obtained was sparkling using the traditional bottle fermentation method. Alcoholic fermentation took place slowly and at low temperatures, which allowed it to maintain the characteristics of the base wine, giving it a delicate aroma and a very fine and persistent bubble. Finally, the wine is aged on its lees for 9 months, which gives it creaminess and balance.
