Nossa Branco is the result of a two-way project, between Filipa Pato and her husband, out of the desire to produce a wine that expressed the full potential of the exceptional terroir of Óis do Bairro. This village has been recognized since the 19th century for its high capacity to create white wines. Ferments in 500l barrels with temperature control below 18ºC. Batonage twice a month until February, bottled in May.
