This Alteni di Brassica white wine comes from the pure use of a large international grape variety, Sauvignon. It is a variety widely cultivated throughout the world, which, even in Piedmont, finds some particularly suitable areas. Gaja, in particular, grows it in the Langhe terroir, and the grapes, after harvest, are vinified and aged for a semester in small French oak barrels. Once this maturation process is complete, the wine is ready to be bottled and sold.
Contains sulfites.
