Gazela is a Vinho Verde with a smooth, light and refreshing flavor, which tastes good with life. Gazela is an uncompromising wine, a renewed classic, which confirms the region's full potential for creating light and captivating wines, ideal for everyday use. Gazela is produced at the Quinta de Azevedo winery, a magnificent property belonging to Sogrape near Barcelos, in the Vinhos Verdes region. The hand-picked grapes are de-stemmed and gently crushed. The resulting must is separated from the skins in pneumatic presses and subjected to static decantation for 24 hours, duly protected from oxidation, until it reaches the desired degree of clarity. Fermentation follows in stainless steel vats, at a controlled temperature of approximately 16ºC.
