Gin Ria Brisa project started in 2012, patented in 2017, creates a gin that tries to interpret the flavors and aromas of the region and the Ria de Aveiro.
Distillation is done very slowly as in the past, but with current quality standards. All distillation is carried out using copper equipment made manually by artisans, using ancestral techniques.
The heritage of Casa do Agro's agricultural tradition and, at the time, the entrepreneurship of its owners in the manufacture of cider, wines and spirits aged in French oak casks, is part of the motivation for this Gin Ria.
