Petit Frisson is an iced cider from PGI Quebec, comes from the fermentation of concentrated apple juice by the action of natural cold. This drink appeared in the 1990s, restoring cider to its former glory. Why Little Frisson? It is to the four winter winds that blow through the heart of the orchards that this ice cider owes its name. With its golden color, this sweet wine with a very pleasant creaminess presents aromas of apple and exotic fruits. The striking acidity on the palate balances the sugar produced by the apple concentrated by the cold.
