Mateus Rosé is a light, fresh, young and slightly “pétillant” wine. Its quality, extreme versatility and consistent style make it the ideal wine to accompany the good moments in life. Vinification follows the traditional method of white wines and fermentation takes place slowly, without grape skins, in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 16ºC. Fining is followed by cold stabilization, after which the wines are filtered and bottled. The entire process is extremely careful to consistently ensure Matthew's unique style, color and freshness are maintained.
