Tokaji's Eszencia is considered one of the best and most storable sweet wines in the world. Even its processing is spectacular. On each harvest day, the best and ripest grapes are harvested piece by piece into a large barrel. Due to the resulting weight and pressure of the grapes placed on top, the lower grapes are gradually pushed through a grate and then enter a small barrel barrel.
