This wine comes from ancient vineyards, without any type of structure, located in Sedim, Trás-os-Montes, where the noble Távoras family left an important historical and patrimonial legacy. A completely manual de-stemming (bag-by-bag) of the selected grape varieties was carried out, presenting a captivating lightness and acidity.
