Vinification of Vinho Verde Pequenos Rebentos "a Moda Antiga" 2020: After manual harvesting, and transport to the cellar in small boxes (18kg-20kg), the bunches went straight to a small press, trodden on foot where they macerated and fermented almost completely with indigenous yeasts. This was followed by light pressing and aging with the total lees in used barrels.
