Vinification of Vinho Verde Pequenos Rebentos Vinhas Velhas 2021: After manual harvesting, and transport to the winery in small boxes (18kg-20kg), the bunches were de-stemmed and the grapes underwent maceration for 8 hours, preceded by a light pressing and decantation of 48 hours. Indigenous fermentation, without temperature control and aging for 7 months in used barrels.
