Quinta da Calçada has been producing wines in Amarante since 1917. The 60 ha of its own vineyard constitute the oldest vineyard in the region and allow Quinta da Calçada to interpret different Terroirs. Belonging to the Mota family, the Quinta is closely linked to the Hotel Casa da Calçada, whose restaurant was awarded 1 Michelin star. The grapes were fermented in stainless steel vats for 15 days.
