Idealdrinks is dedicated to the production and distribution of excellent wines, spirits and olive oils, from the Portuguese wine regions of Dão, Bairrada and Vinhos Verdes. Following the exceptional Principal Grande Reserva 2009, considered one of the 10 best red wines in the world and described by Luca Gardini, World Sommeliers Champion in 2010, as a “surprising red” that, on the nose, refers to the most prestigious wines of Tuscany and, in the mouth, for the best Bordeaux wines. The long-awaited 2011 harvest now appears, considered one of the best harvests of the last 50 years. This is a wine with expressive fruit, notes of wild fruits that reveal discreet floral sensations but which give it a fresh aroma. In the mouth it appears voluminous, with great complexity, as if hiding a secret about the grape varieties that give rise to it. Great potential for evolution in the bottle.
