Vinification of Quinta da Alorna White Wine 2021: separate harvest of each variety, stemming and soft pressing. The clarified must ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature depending on the aromatic origin of each grape variety. After the final batch, the wine is stabilized and filtered before bottling.
