Vinification of Quinta das Bageiras Colheita White Wine 2022: Quinta das Bágeiras white wine from a vineyard just over 15 years old. It is vinified through an ancestral process, most of which is placed in small 1m³ open decanters, where it remains for 24 to 36 hours to decant through natural use. At the end of this process, one or more is transferred to stainless steel tanks where it ferments, with temperature control carried out with a drop of chilled water. It is a wine that ferments only with indigenous yeasts, prohibited from grapes, without any addition of enzymes or extra yeasts.
