Vinification of the Quinta do Poco do Lobo Reserva Rose 2022 Wine: The carefully chosen grapes were harvested in the first half of September, gently pressed, and the resulting must fermented in wine-filled oak barrels and in a stainless steel tank, at a controlled temperature. Once the alcoholic fermentation was completed, battonage was carried out for 5 months. It was bottled in March 2019.
