Vinification of Quinta dos Abibes Arinto & Baga Reserva Bruto Sparkling Wine 2018: Total stemming, gentle pneumatic pressing and alcoholic fermentation at 16ºC. Of the Baga variety, only around 40% of the grape yield was used. Sparkling using the classic method. Aging: Maturation 18 months in the cellar and 3 months after disgorgement.
