This is a mix of Godello and Dona Blanca. This wine is made with minimal intervention, 80% of the wine is fermented in old oak, and remains in these 2 barrels for 1 year, the rest is fermented with skins in amphora, and remains there for 1 year. After that year, they are blended and bottled. Although the wine undergoes very little "intervention", it is impeccably clean. Aromatically complex with an intense and penetrating palate and a fine chalky finish.
