Produced from the Syrah grape variety and comes from vineyards located on the Setubal peninsula. The grape enters the cellar, is refrigerated and gently secured. The must obtained ferments at low temperatures, thus achieving a very slow fermentation aiming to preserve the primary aromas of the variety.
