Produced entirely with the Moscatel de Setúbal variety from vineyards of this Denomination of Origin. After a short fermentation stopped by the addition of selected wine brandy, and a period of post-fermentation maceration of the skins with the wine, during the winter following the harvest, it is then aged for 2 to 3 years in oak half-barrels. . A Moscatel de Setúbal JP is obtained with a young and fruity style, light topaz color, an intense aroma of muscatel, orange blossom, tea and raisins, and a soft, sweet and fresh flavor. We recommend that it be consumed slightly cool (10º C).
