Then, he began 5 years of trials in which, with grapes from the same vineyard, he made wine with 4 different types of spirits: one neutral, another from the Cognac region, another from the Armagnac region and a fourth batch with 50% of these. latest. After 5 years, Armagnac was launched and 13 years later, a limited edition of Moscatel de Setúbal with Cognac was launched.
