BOLS Advocaat is a rich and creamy mixture of egg yolks, sugar and brandy with a touch of vanilla. Yellowish color. Smooth aroma, with a surprisingly light and full-bodied flavor in thickness. Serve with ice, in cocktails, long drinks (Snowball) and shots (Pastel Nata). This Dutch specialty is also used in ice cream desserts.
