Vinification of Vinho Verde Pequenos Rebentos Alvarinho and Trajadura 2022: After manual harvesting, and transportation to the winery in small boxes (18kg and 20kg), the bunches were de-stemmed and the grapes underwent maceration for 4 hours, preceded by a light pressing and decantation for 48 hours . Fermented at a controlled temperature (14º15ºC) for 15 days.
