White wine made from Alvarinho grapes exclusively produced in Monção and Melgaço. The vineyards are next to the river, at low altitude, and the soils are deep with a high level of rolled stone. The wine has complexity, vegetal character, minerality and bitterness typical of the Alvarinho grape variety. Vinification of Vinho Verde Alvarinho Contacto 2021: Total stemming. Short skin maceration. Medium cold clarification. Fermentation at constant speed between 14-22ºC. Aging for a minimum of 4 months on fine lees.
