Vinification of Vinho Verde Alvarinho Soalheiro Primeiras Vinhas 2022: The grapes, exclusively from the Alvarinho variety, are harvested manually in small capacity boxes and transported to the winery in a short space of time. After pressing, the must obtained settles for 48 hours, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature. Fermentation takes place essentially in stainless steel (around 15% of the total volume ferments in used oak casks), with fine lees maintained until the beginning of May, the month in which bottling takes place.
