Campolargo Cerceal 2016 White is a wine from Bairrada, land of suckling pig. A family that has been dedicated to vineyard cultivation and wine production for several generations. They currently work on one hundred and seventy hectares on two properties in central Portugal: Quinta de São Mateus and Quinta de Vale de Azar. In February 2004, construction began on a new winery, located at Quinta de S. Mateus, which was completed in December 2005. In this winery, wines are produced based on an oenological concept of maximum respect for the grapes, with practically exclusive use of gravity. throughout the winemaking cycle and excluding any oenological products.
