Vinification of Bairrada São Domingos Volupia White Wine 2022: Low pressure pressing of the entire grape. Fermentation separately in a stainless steel tank, at a controlled temperature of 16ºC and without prolonged contact with the lees. All the grapes aged separately in stainless steel vats.
