Made from the Tinta Roriz grape variety, planted at altitudes between 400 and 500 mts, vinification in cement formats the first Taboadella Caementa Rosé in a less intrusive version, allowing for greater aromatic clarity and physical persistence without interfering with the fermentation kinetics, which highlights the genuine character of the Tinta Roriz grape variety and highlights the expression of this unique Taboadella terroir.
