There is Alentejano Quiet to create space in the hustle and bustle of everyday life and feel the uniqueness of the rolling plains of Herdade do Peso, the unique place where this wine is born. Listen to it, breathe it, savor it without rushing. The name says it all. Vinification from grapes of the Aragonez, Touriga Nacional and Trincadeira varieties selected for this purpose. The grapes were harvested very early, guaranteeing natural acidity and freshness. This must was obtained by direct pressing, followed by careful decantation and fermented at 16ºC for 18 days. After fermentation, fining was carried out, followed by cold stabilization and filtration before bottling.
