Vitor Matos, the chef accustomed to Michelin stars who discovered the salt and pepper of life in wine, believes that he will have a vineyard, from which he will be able to strengthen his ties to the land, in a kind of emotional and physical reunion with his identity. For now, he presents Natura by Vítor Matos, collector's editions with friends such as António Maçanita, António Sampaio, Dirk Niepoort, Luis Leocádio, Márcio Lopes, Quinta do Arcossó, Quinta do Javali or Quinta de Ventozelo.
