Vinification of the Vinha D Ervideira Rosé 2022 Wine: The grape varieties are vinified separately, being taken to rotating “Vinimatic” fermentation tanks, where they remain between 6 and 10 hours, at low rotation, in order to obtain a gentle extraction of color. After this period, the must is taken to the cold room, where it ferments at a controlled temperature of 13 to 15ºC.
