Crasto D'Honore Honore 2015 is a wine that originates from the centuries-old Vinha da Ponte and Vinha Maria Teresa, plots that are the “ex-libris” of Crasto in the Douro, with 1.96 hectares and 4.7, respectively. “These vineyards are two puzzles for oenology and viticulture”, said winemaker Manuel Lobo. With unique characteristics and clear natural beauty, they give their name to two equally unique wines, but now they come together to create an irresistible and seductive wine. The blend is divided into 71% Maria Teresa grapes and 29% Ponte grapes and, according to Manuel Lobo, “It is a wine where there is no oenological intervention”. There are 1615 Magnum bottles, as a tribute to 400 years, sold together with a book written by Gaspar Martins Pereira about Quinta do Crasto, and a special packaging
