Vinification of Vinho Verde Torre de Menagem Alvarinho/Trajadura 2022: Gentle pressing and decantation for 8 to 12 hours at a controlled temperature between 12 - 16ºC. Fermentation for up to 15 days with temperature control between 16 - 18º C. Stage: in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature and regular movement of the lees for 3 months.
