The fermentation of Alvarinho grapes in wooden barrels or the use of ancient winemaking techniques, such as tanning, are some of the methods that make these wines a case in point in the world of white wines.
This Tempo is made from an Alvarinho vineyard planted above two hundred meters of altitude. The vineyard, over fifteen years old, has low production with high levels of acidity and good maturation. It is a wine made the old-fashioned way with total tanning, with more color and more tannins.
