In addition to its notoriety in the production of Alentejo wines, Adega de Borba has a great tradition in the production of brandies, using and selecting the best wine masses from traditional red grape varieties from the Borba region. The wine masses selected for this spirit are the result of pressing fermented grapes that originate wines produced in stainless steel mills. The masses are distilled in copper vessels in our own distillery, strictly following temperatures and distillation times with precision, guaranteeing excellent quality and genuineness in the different alcohols that make up the spirit. Aged for 10 years in French oak 'limosin' barrels, it demonstrates excellent characteristics of color, structure and aromatic refinement. Vivid golden color. Intense, complex, fine and velvety aroma of almonds and raisin fruit.
