This spirit is the result of a careful selection of the best wine spirits obtained using traditional methods and an aging process in oak wood that summarizes the more than 75-year tradition of Caves da Cerca in the production and aging of exceptional spirits. Aging is done in a perfect combination of new and used Iberian, French and American oak barrels with various types of grain and different types of toast. The aging time allows us to obtain a rich, delicate, smooth and complex product.
