Vinification of Vinho Verde Alvarinho Anselmo Mendes Parcela Unica 2018: Very gentle pressing of whole de-stemmed grapes. Cold clarification for a long period. Fermentation in new 400 liter French oak barrels. Aging in these barrels for 9 months with batonnage on total lees.
